FAQ

1. Certifications:
Our paper has SGS certification and is food-contact safe. Upon request, we can also provide a Health Certificate (HC), MA Test Report, CNAS Certificate, and Embassy Certification.

2. Size & Specification:
We cut paper to your required sheet or roll size. No standard size. Dimensions depend on your cup mold—please contact us for exact size advice.

3. Paper Gram Weight:
Hot drinks: single PE or PBS coated paper.
Cold drinks: double PE or PBS coated paper.
Paper gram depends on cup size and market—please consult us for recommendation.

4. Cups per Ton:
Please send your cup layout or size (top/bottom diameter & height), and we'll calculate how many cups can be made from 1 ton.

5. Bottom Paper per Ton:
Typically, 1 ton of cup body paper needs around 0.2 tons of bottom paper. This ratio varies by size and gram weight.

6. Printing & Cutting:
We offer flexo (max 6 colors) and offset printing, and can auto-cut into cup fan shapes as per your design.

7. Flexo vs Offset Printing:

Flexo: for roll paper; water-based, food-safe ink; resin plate (~$100/color).
Offset: for sheet paper; oil-based (can be food-safe at higher cost); digital plate (~$30/color).
8. Waste Ratio:
Flexo printing: 10–13% waste.
Offset printing: 15–16% waste. You can get approx. 840–850kg of blanks from 1 ton of sheet paper.

9. Packing:

Sheet paper: on pallets, wrapped in kraft paper.
Roll paper: wrapped in kraft paper & plastic film.
Printed cup blanks: with/without trim, packed in cartons or pallets.
10. Container Loading:

20GP: ~14–15 tons
40GP: ~25.5 tons
11. Samples:
A4-size paper samples (under 1kg) are free; freight cost is covered by the customer.

12. Custom Printed/Cut Samples:

Printed (not cut): $250 for ~10pcs.
Cut (not printed): $150 for ~500pcs.
Shipping costs borne by the customer.
